Riga Industrial Park is working on a new office building. It will be one of the first public buildings in Latvia where the applied materials, technologies and technical solutions shall provide low energy consumption during the exploitation period. The so called ‘passive houses’ are becoming globally more and more popular; the principal idea of such buildings is to pay essential attention to diminishing of the environment pollution, the ‘greenhouse effect’ and the most important – the exploitation costs. The initial construction expenses are slightly higher comparing to an ordinary building, while the exploitation costs especially for the heating and electrical energy are remarkably lower. The main accent of the planning of the building is to find the architectural and constructional solutions suitable for the climate zone and weather of Latvia, providing the lowest thermal loss during winter, but in summer – minimal energy consumption for cooling. There will be a pleasant climate provided in the building, irrespective of the weather.
The premises in the new building are provided for rent. Usually we are searching for tenants already during the design stage and offer to sign the lease agreements before construction ends to provide tailor made premises for the tenant and the best renting price. We include a detailed specification of the premises to build in the agreement guaranteeing building of high quality premises especially for the particular tenant. The quality of the premises in the previous project may be checked in the existing building of Riga Industrial park.
